鳴門厨房﹣咸香飯

獨居長者成日整嘅簡單飯餐。。。

阿媽每星期都會煲湯,每次都會落多一舊瘦豬肉嚟煲,但十五分鐘後攞出嚟(咁舊肉嘅味落左去煲湯度,唔好嘥),用鹽抹勻整舊豬肉表面,餣住雪落雪櫃,可保存幾日;通常舊肉會比家姐,因姐夫極愛呢隻飯;但今次舊肉落左我手呀!

將舊肉切粒


我想個飯多個質感,加舊五香豆腐乾,切粒


一棵大白菜,切粒,用鹽餣十分鐘


煲飯,水滾時落肉粒豆腐粒,過五分鐘落菜;

煲好,"lie"小小頭抽撈飯,既簡單又好食
