個湯好得喎!飲老火湯係好有益,真係一星期要飲一次,而且家下超市可買齊配料,很方便啦!

呢幾樣煲湯料放雪櫃煲湯就更方便啦!我會加埋南北杏....可以煲雪梨水嘛!
