補充品

老爸一向身體健康,而家仲係籃球主將,對住個凍啲就變石像,郁吓又感冒,嘈吓又會嘔嘅仔當然睇唔順超,近幾個月佢迫我飲呢隻嘢!

1/其實係豆類蛋白質,日日飲今個冬天真係無咩病過喎!(touch wood)有人話飲咗好易肥,我幾乎人體奧妙啦,有咩所謂。


2/唔唷魚就梗係要聽Eason話啦


3/我姐夫攻我弱項,知我鍾情"翅"文化,送咗呢樽嘢比我,佢話:食一細匙,聽日去"翅"所D嘢會浮,咁好玩,要呀要呀!(哇!真係浮呀,好興奮呀)留意左上角石像姿勢,good design


4/天氣凍,夜晚飲杯熱蜜糖,暖哂!


5/基本上人地八杯水,我就八杯綠茶,呢度只係一部份,飲極啲貨都仲佔半個櫃。


每DAY食/飲哂佢地都飽啦!

樓上講得好!不過,最近都要吃(用左 6 個星期空運黎既)補鈣丸……

你正餐唔食,虛不受補,怪唔之得咁既身型。

夠纖維啲嘢就浮,係健康象徵之一,好事嚟架,食得紅肉多就實沉,嗰樽係纖維補充粉,嗰牌唔夠菜先要食。

3) D output 係浮, 咁咪好難沖"翅"囉~
4) 唔好用熱水沖 honey,會變酸, 同會便秘架 , 要用温水沖
