1.相中嘅冷氣機係倒轉裝架/2。高達答案係一升/3.頻果係報紙嚟架,問你死未?


煲老藕
簡簡單單,豬肉+蓮藕+雪耳+眉豆+烏豆+南北杏;


煲兩粒鐘,攪掂
瘦肉點頭抽, 一流
個湯好好味,又甜又潤
蓮藕雪耳好好𡁻

以後一星期要煲一次湯,人都潤D呀!

Tremella 銀耳/雪耳 should not be boiled for too long. After soaking it, you can add that to the already boiling soup for 10-15 minutes.

I was so hungry when I was up to "瘦肉點頭抽".

個湯好得喎!飲老火湯係好有益,真係一星期要飲一次,而且家下超市可買齊配料,很方便啦!
